50cl bottle at BRU, Oslo. Pours deep golden to amber with a small white head. Moderate malty aroma with caramel, grassy hops and hints of metal. Medium sweet with a malty and caramely flavour and a fairly light bitterness. Medium body with fairly average carbonstion. Dry finish and moderate bitter aftertaste.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como, bb 08.05.13
Deep blond color with small head. Strange aroma, beef broth and some cereals. The flavor is strange too, there is some cereals, some vegetables, iron/blood feeling, very light malt; the bitterness level is correct; the final is rather metallic.
I had better expectations, indeed this one is not very good; could it be not fresh?

Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione buona. Discreta.

Pours a clear golden color with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts and nuts. Caramel taste, some nuttiness with a touch of hop bite taste. Good.

Bought at local Edeka market as part of Bavarian mixed packs. Poured a clear deep golden colour with a frothy white head. Fruity aromas (peaches?) and caramel, light malts, and floral hops. Flavor brings out the grains and summer fruits, almost weizen in a way, with a tangy, light bitter finish. Medium-bodied with average carbonation.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Slightly cara-malty aroma with notes of grassy, herbal and subtle citric hops. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Slightly cara-malty base with fresh and profound hoppy flavours; dry-is, slightly sweet and moderately bitter grassy and herbal hoppy finish lingering into the aftertaste. Very pleasant, but the regular Kellerbier stays on top. 17.XII.11

Bottle: golden, clear, mid-sized fluffy white head, buttery and - indeed - fresh herbal/grassy hoppy nose; medium bodied, soft, low carbonation; lingering buttery and Saaz-like finish. Superb stuff from - that is understood - Franconia . A beer to be cosumed against the boredoom…

bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden colour, large and creamy white head. Lovely hoppy aroma with grainy malts. Medium-bodied grainy malty base with lots of resiny, slightly herbal and "green" hops. This beer has a really impresiive hop profile, very hoppy indeed, reminds me a bit of an IPA. Smooth carbonationa dn velvety palate. Delicious!
