NRW-Fläschle (Dank am See! ): Golden, unclear, visible carbonation, big beaten-egg-white-like stable white head, bananas und yeast in the sourish-sweetish wheaty nose; moderate - as well - sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied, relatively soft; slightly lingering - and pretty dry - sourish-wheaty finish. No glory, but quite O.K....

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, light yeasty. Light fruity touch of lemon. Not too sweet. Finish well balanced, but almost a bit washy. Okay.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white hrad. Aroma is fresh, spicy yeasts, minerally. Taste is again minerally, spicy, a bit fruity. Quite dry. High carbonation. Ok, a bit too minerally.

Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer fingerbreiten weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig, bananig, Ester. Geschmack bananig, phenolisch, hefig, langweilig.

Many thanks to kevnic2008! The beer starts a bit sharp and malty. Fresh but unround. The mainpart is somehow sharp, yeasty but no fruitiness. Slightly sweetish. The aftertaste is sharp, unround, unpleasant.

Bottle. Hazy lemon with a firm head. Aroma is yeasty fruit. Flavour is light caramel, banana and a little tangy spice in the tongue. Yeasty finish with some caramel banana.

Aroma is a bit unusual for a hefe. It has vanilla, some bubblegum and distant banana notes. Flavour is rather nice with banana esthers, some peppery spices and distant vanilla notes. Unique and good!
