Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, spices, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

330 ml bottle from MBC, bb June 2021. Golden, slightly hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head. Aroma of hay, bread, flowers, grass, some herbs, some caramel, slight citrus and pine. Tastes quite similar, with more herbal notes, some honey. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, a bit sweet, quite dry, herbal, floral, piney, grassy, a bit bready, a bit citric, with subtle honey. Very nice. Great balance between rustic malts, crisp hops and a smooth, sweet body. Fresh and easy, while fully aromatic, with a long finish. Great, characterful Lager. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Golden with a firm and lasting white head. Malty aroma of bread and fresh grain with herbal and floral notes. Clean and smooth malty flavour with floral notes. To have this beer brewed in a small Danish village brewery is more impressive than any IPA.
