Tap at Wilde Rose. Rather clear copper-amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is malty, straw, a bit bready and "dirty". Taste is malty, bready and dirty again. Medium carbonation. Not bad!

Draft @ Hotel-Gasthof Wilde Rose, Bamberg. Pours a dark golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy spicy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak bready flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak caramel finish.

Tap at the Hotel. Rich malt aroma, toast, caramel, oranges. Orange-brown color with slow, small bubbles and a fine, pillowy head. Soft, chewy malt, cookie dough, chocolate, ornage and a bit of minerals. Light, silky with soft fizz. Subtle and flavordul. Light, prickly hops. Not as hoppy or complex as the best, but good.

Vom Faß im Hotel Wilde Rose, Bamberg. - Tief goldbraun (soweit im Steinkrug erkennbar), leicht trüb. - In der Nase angenehm frisch-fruchtiger Hopfen. - Antrunk frisch mit leicht süßlich-fruchtigem Hopfen, dessen herbe Süße oder süße Herbe an Mandarinen erinnert. Mild rezent, vollmundig. Abgang orangenfruchtig-hopfenherb mit schwach harziger Bittere. Ausreichend herber Nachtrunk. - Eigenwillig herb-süßes gehopftes Kellerbier, nicht völlig überzeugend.

Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. On tap at the Brewpub in Bamberg. Hazed golden coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Aroma is nice hopf, light caramel and earth. Flavour is clean bready toasted malts and light earthyness. Clean hop nobel finish. .

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, Tap at Wild Rose Hotel/Gastahaus, 25/01/14. Golden with a moderately appointed off white head. Nose is bready malts, dark fruit, caramel, earthy tones. Taste comprises bready malts, bitter orange, hay, earthy, light dirt, tangy fruit. Medium bodie, fine carbonatin, semi drying curtain call. Nice Keller bier!

On tap at Wilde Rose Gausthaus Bamberg. Pale brown clear lasting off white head. Fuller in the mouth than the helles still got a good hop bite on the finish. Decent kellerbier but too clean. Too precise. Ues it’s got the malty feel and the hoppy finish. But a little too clean. Finish though is really dry. 7.0 re rate Wilde Rose Keller hoppy bitter kellerbier. Yep that super drinkable. Some good character. Nicely hoppy on the finish.

(In a Krug at Wilde Rose) (Assumed cloudy) Golden with a lasting white head. Maltyaroma with biscuit and bread crust character and herbal hops. Sweet malty flavour with herbal hops. Good, clean character.
