Tap at the Hotel. Brilliant golden color with lots of slow bubbles and a tall, fine head. Lemon and herb nose, crackery malt, clean, grass. Crisp and clean flavor, malts are lightly toasty and crusty; nice hops. Lemon, grass. Crisp and light with medium bitterness and a prickly, peppery finish.

Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. On tap at the Brewpub in Bamberg. Crystal clear yellow / straw coloured pour with a lasting head. Aroma is nobel hop, slight parmessan cheese and earth straw, Flavour is nice fresh floral hop, crisp, Palate is nice crisp and dry. Nobel hop finish.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, Tap at Wild Rose Gasthof, 25/01/14. Clear pale golden with a thin off white covering. Nose is orange, bready notes, grass. Taste comprises light caramel, cereals, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy dry bitter notes in the closure. Ok pils.

On tap at Wilde Rose Gausthaus Bamberg. Pale gold lasting white head. Iean it’s a biting perfumed beer. It’s excellent. Clean floral the hops are excellent and the bitterness is stunning. Again I am sat in Bamberg in a new place completely stunned. I need food. Clean and excellent pils

From tap at the biergarten. Im Steinkrug. Huge white head. Aroma is mild grassy and citrusy. Crisp hoppy and slight citrusy flavoured. Milid bitter and slight fruity flavured.

Draft @ Wilde Rose. Ceramic mug. Floral and crisp. Smooth and dry hoppy flavor. Medium bodied. Grass and grain. Very pleasant and quaffable.
