500 ml bottle. Hazy amber coloured, big foamy head. Bread, yeast, estery notes, banana, clove, some caramel, citrus. Mild dry bitterness. Medium bodied, milky texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Good!

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange with white head. Aroma is DMS, veggies, touch of wheat. Taste is peaches, more DMS, not much wheat there. Fizzy carbonation. Not good.

Smooth malty yeasty beginning. Fresh with hints of sourness. Nice malty smooth body with lots of clove. Not too sweet, nice sourish balanced. Herbal clove in the yeast. Great!

0.5l bottle as a part of bavarian beer set, marktkauf/edeka. pours a hazy golden with a medium white head and little lacing. aroma of banana and some herbal hops. tart flavour; lemon, lemon zest, grass. dry finish.

(bottle) Hazy, murky amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly yeasty, banana-fruity aroma with wheaty notes, hints of caramel and cloves. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Wheaty and mildly yeast-spicy taste with notes of citrus, banana and traces of caramel; dry and slightly sour-tart finish with mineralic notes, citrus and traces of cloves. Close to the Urweisse Hell, if not the same. 24.II.15

Sehr trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch würzig malzig, hefig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, würzig, Nelke, Karamell, nur leicht fruchtig.
