100 Prozent Bio-Hopfen und 100 Prozent Bio-Malz aus Franken sind der Grundstock für diese ganz spezielle, feintrübe Bierspezialität. Der herbe Pils-Charakter ist auch hier deutlich zu erkennen, doch treten die zitrus-artigen Noten eher in der Hintergrund. Hervor stechen natürliche Kräuteraromen, die dem Bier seine ganz besondere Note verleihen.

Bottle at the brewery. Big herbal hop nose, a bit vegetal. Fruity and rather sweet flavor, a bit of oxidation, chalk. Nicely fruity and crisp but not at its best.

Fles 50cl bij 't Witte Konijn in Amersfoort. Zacht, zompig, wat rood fruit zoeten. Goede balans. (2-3-2019).

Leicht trübes Gold, Altgold quasi. In der Nase Getreide, leicht grasig, Pils ist auszumachen. Im Trunk sehr angenehm und für ein Pils echt außergewöhnlich. Man hat das Getreide vom Kellerbier, aber das leicht fruchtige Harz vom grüngrasigen Pils. Dazu echt lecker cremig. Mannohmann, gutes Ding.

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Gyllengul och disig med högt vitt skum. Mjuk och jästig, bröd, men också blommor och lite frukt med en höig och gräsig beska som är trevlig. MYcket gott.

(Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Berlin, 18 July 2018) Yellow colour, slightly hazy, with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grain, hay and some lemon peel. Malty taste with bread, cereal, some lemon peel and fresh floral/grassy hops in a finish with a gentle bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Yellow-golden, offwhite big cream, low carbonation. Light hayish malt, some DMS, grassy/minty hops. Medium body, chewy malty, some shortbread not very pils-like really, not in the bohemian sense either. Bread, cake, grassy, light herbal. Neutral chewy finish. Pretty meh.

Bottle @ home. A bit hazy yellow golden color, full sized white head. Malty, hayish aroma. Taste malts, hayish, lightly grainy, lightly sweet and slightly bitter. Decent body, smooth texture and decent carbonation. Solid.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is citric hops with some basement. Taste is watery hoppy bitterness with slight fruity sweetness. Medium body, crisp texture. Ok.
