100 Prozent Bio-Hopfen und 100 Prozent Bio-Malz aus Franken sind der Grundstock für diese ganz spezielle, feintrübe Bierspezialität. Der herbe Pils-Charakter ist auch hier deutlich zu erkennen, doch treten die zitrus-artigen Noten eher in der Hintergrund. Hervor stechen natürliche Kräuteraromen, die dem Bier seine ganz besondere Note verleihen.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy hops, citrusy, biscuity malts, bready. Taste is grassy, juicy malts, biscuity and bready again as well. Soft oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Very nice beer.

0.5l flip-top bottle from message in a bottle, prenzlauer berg. pours a cloudy light golden with a frothy white head. aroma of yeast, grass, bread, honey, grape skins. flavour of grass, herbs. chalky mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation, nice bitterness.

On bottle at Gasthaus Kundmuller . Hazy gold lasting white head. Hoppy unfiltered pilsner. Very drinkable good floral noble hop finish some bitterness some lemon curd. Yes tasty. Maybe sweetish. Highly drinkable though.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig hopfig, leicht grasig, Aprikose. Geschmack fruchtig hopfig, dezent herb, Aprikosen, lecker!

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, deep golden, nice head. Fine hoppy aroma. Starts fine malty, modest dry, some lemon notes, light sourish. Dry background. Not as moldy as other Kellerbiers. Like the fine hoppy notes, not too intense. Well balanced finish. Nice!

Bügelverschlußflasche vom Landbierparadies, Nürnberg. - Strohgelb, sehr trüb. - In der Nase wunderbar aromatischer, mild zitrusfruchtiger und leicht grasiger Aromahopfen. - Antrunk frisch aber mild zitronig-hopfig, mit zarter, frischer Schärfe. Leicht süßes Malz mit einem Hauch von rosinenartiger (aber nirgends dicker) Süße. Milde hefige Aromen, die aber nicht dominieren, sondern nur unterstützen. Mild rezent, leicht kreidig im Mund. Mäßig bitterer, sehr hopfenaromatischer und etwas trockener Abgang. - Perfekt gehopftes Pilsener mit viel Frische und Pep, das durch die naturtrübe Abfüllung nur gewinnt. Phantastisch. Erinnerte mich sehr an Spezial Ungespundet.

Clear light orange beer, big irregular creamy head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: grains, hay, cow fodder, stable. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet malts, bit sugary, malty, grains, grassy bitter hops. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, some citrus, grassy, hay, cow fodder.
