Hazy brown colour, ufo’s, no real head. Smoky aroma, prunes, bacon, raisins. Smoky flavour, sweet dried dark fruits, prune, light sour note. Light in carbonation. Smoky finish, light sour, red fruits. OK, but not really worth the hefty price.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ Radom Brauhause - cafe at Nürnberg Burg Mauer [ As Nikl Selection - The Village Bock ].ABV: 10.7%. Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavyy caramel, dried fruit, barley wine - bock alike, prunes, date, smoke, wood, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, smoked, wood, alcohol, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic.
