33cl Fles van de brouwerij. 4.7% volgens het label. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Hint van boter, appels, butterscotch, mout, appels, zoet, hint van alcohol, redelijk bitter. Lichte tot medium body. I suspect an error in the label print, I almost can’t believe this is just 4.7%, although it does come across slightly lighter than the tap version I had earlier this year at the brewery.

Op tap bij de brouwerij, als Fastenbock. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Redelijk zoet, licht moutig, fruitig, licht alco-pils-gevoel, degelijk bitter, iets aards. Lichte body.

Draft @ brewery. Clear amber colour, white foam disappears quickly. Sweet, malty, some honey notes, a bit metallic.

Mild süß-herber Beginn. Trocken, im Mittelteil ist ein alkoholischer Ton vorhanden, leicht bitter. Hellmalzig, spät auch hopfig, womit eine gewisse Harmonie erreicht wird. Okay. 7/8/9/9/11/9

500ml Bottle - Golden with a tiny head. Biscuity malt, grain and faint hints of citrus in the aroma. Lemony taste with lemon peel, dried apricot, sultanas and some notes of orange.

“Brauerei Kraus Bock“, Flasche (50 cl) vom Landbierparadies, Nürnberg. - Satt goldgelb, ins helle Goldbraun spielend, fast klar. - In der Nase breites helles Malz mit ein wenig Karamel, süße Banane, milder kräuteriger Hopfen. - Antrunk sehr breit hellmalzig mit etwas Karamel und beträchtlicher Restsüße, die ein wenig an Sirup oder Mais erinnert. Eine robuste krautige Hopfenherbe bietet der dicken Süße Paroli, wenn auch feinere Hopfenaromen fehlen. Mild rezent, ölig schwer. Im Abgang kräftige, lang nachhängende Bittere. - Robust gehopfter, wuchtiger Bock, nicht so vielschichtig wie die allerbesten aber sehr solide.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is butter, grass, noble hops, candy. Taste is glacé fruits, sweet, some slight hop bitterness. Heavy and a little oily. Ok.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is sweetish juicy malts, lightly alcoholic. Taste is juicy malts again. Oily mouthfeel. Quite nice!
