A classic German style and one of our favourites. Dangerously refreshing and sessionable, a few weizen-fueled evenings have left us feeling woolly-headed the next day!
Our Woolly-Headed Weizen is lightly hopped to be fruity and aromatic, a little different for this style. Some added oats give a smooth body, but this beer is about allowing the wheaty malt and yeast-driven flavours to shine.

On tap. A almost clear orange golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of ripe apples, cinnamon, herbs. Taste of herbal malt, phenols, ester, caramel.
