Bottle. Cloudy amber with a nice gradient, offwhite head. Sweaty grain nose. Medium body, dry. Sour grain, bread base, caraway, nettle/herb bitterness, sourness which unfortunately is not harmonic. The other bread-beer was better, this one is a bit off.

Hazy amber. Aroma is grassy mossy hops with rust and grainy juice. Taste is rusty with a little sour malt. Sour juicy malt all the way. Nah.

Wenig süßer, dafür ausgeprägt herber Beginn, weich, hohe Süffigkeit. Spritzig, zunehmend brotig, Noten von Karamell, die durch die Herbe aber begrenzt werden. Geringe aber vorhandene Bitterkeit, zunehmend karamellig. Langer Abgang, harmonisch. Gut. 8/12/12/11/12/11
