Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours pale yellow, slightly opaque, with fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, lemony, lactic. Body and carbonation are average. Just a hint of astringency. Taste is medium acidic, slightly sweet. Final is fairly dry.

29/6/2022. Bottle at Shallo Beer Shop, Milano. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrusy, malt, herbal, some ginger. Nice tart edge balancing well with gentle sweet. Easy drinking, liked it.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2021. A clear pale yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, pale malt, vinegar. Taste sour pale malt, dough, grapes.

On tap at Navigli Craft Beer. Cloudy pale gold with medium white head. Easy drinkable, lemon and quite gingery. Medium sourness. Light bodied. Refreshing.
