A murder of crows, a parliament of owls, and a pandemonium of parrots. Our first-ever lager took flight among the ‘new world’ pilsners which put lively modern hop varieties onto the crisp, light and refreshing body of the classics. Easy and approachable but still very satisfying.

330ml bottle from Monster and Beer, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light tropical citrus hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, grassy, piney, light citrus fruit, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Probably the most bitter Pilsner I ever had. Nice!

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy citrus finish.
