Il naso vira verso il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali inducono a bevuta compulsiva. Il finale è amarognolo. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara e ananas.

bottle bb1/10/20 dorata leggera velatura buona schiuma piuttosto persistente piuttosto resinosa secca buon amaro non espoliva ma piacevole

Bottle by the pool in Susafa, Sicily, 4th August 2020. Pours almost clear and golden. Aroma is citrus peel and candied fruit. Taste is smooth, floral, citrus and medium to full bitter, aromatic, pithy and very drinkable. Good.
