This is our interpretation of a West Coast where Vermont yeast has been used instead of the classic Californian neutral yeast. Produced with malt Pils that gives the beer a golden color. The use of American hops Citra and Cascade give this beer citric notes, with a floral finish. On the finish, the bitterness is well balanced by the softness of the yeast.
