Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep amber with a lacing, beige head. Lovely biscuity and toffeeish aroma. Rich, malty body - bread and toffee but never really sweet. Hardly any bitterness. Lovely - and a good example of the fact, that a Bock doesn't have to be a cloyingly sweet malt soup. 090622

ABV: 6.3%. ✅ Clear medium to light orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, malty, light bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, malty, light bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220123]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear amber, mid sized head. Caramelly, bready nose with notes of red berries. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread and treacle, some hay. Fairly low bitterness.

Flaska från SB. Klar bärnstensfärgad vätska med medelhögt skum. Stor maltig och söt doft. Vetebröd, honung, marsipan, söta äpplen. Smak som doften, relativt söt och lätt beska, ändå inte obalanserad och förvånansvärt drickvänlig och lätt att para ihop med mat. Djupet i de maltiga smakerna med en torrare eftersmak gör att det funkar. Ok+

Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 14/07/2018 at «Caminha Artbeerfest 2018», Caminha (Portugal). Clear amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma is caramel, sweet malts, barley and some brown bread. Taste is the same, leading to a medium sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation. Next one please!
