Beim Brauen entwickelt sich in der Würze der urige, leicht karamellisierende
malzaromatische Geschmack, den man heute kaum noch findet und den eine
dezente Hopfennote umspielt. Das süffige Jungbier reift in den Wochen der
Gärung und Lagerung zu seiner abgerundeten Harmonie heran.
Geschützt von allen hektischen Einflüssen unserer Tage ruht mein Haustrunk im
Lagerkeller bis zu seiner Vollendung.

Klare kräftig goldene Farbe, geringe weiße schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, leicht getreidig. Geschmack sehr malzig, dezent hopfig bitter, süffig.

0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks! A darker golden in the glass, white short living head. Sweet malt with caramell on the nose. Starts with caramell, smooth grainy. Spicy. Hints of apples. Nice and easy to drink.

a) Thanks to kappldav123 for this beer! The beer starts smooth, but not very aromatic. Hints of grain, mouldy, easy to drink. The aftertaste is a bit rough, grainy, not too bitter.

b) Schöne leuchtend-gelbe Farbe, würzig-süßlicher Geruch. Der Antrunk ist würzig-süßlich, dazu ganz leicht herb. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine würzige, leicht brotige Note hinzu, süßlich-malzige Töne, sehr würzig. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht herb, vor allem süßlich-würzig und angenehm lange anhaltend.
→ sehr interessantes Bier, aber durchaus lecker! 10+11+9+10

Nice format of the bottle, but label a bit complex. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, spicy, modest sourish. Background with hints of butter cookies. Well balanced finish, a bit drier than the beginning. Okay.

Bottled 330ml. -Slight hazy golden coloured, small white head, sweetish nose with hint of honey. Sweet malty, slight grainy and mild honey with some sourish notes in rather bitter finish. Boring one.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head that lasts for a while. Aroma is bready malts, some sweet malts, mild grassyness as well as some slight saltwater and herbs. Flavour is quite similar with also some earthy and some faint wooden notes. Pleasant.
