Keller da 5,2% prodotta dagli Inglorious Bastards babylonesi, dedicata al nostro amato regista Q.Tarantino, al Dottor Schultz e al numero tre, ma soprattutto alla Franconia, al tradizionale metodo della decozione da noi utilizzato per brassare questo batch dall’aroma mielato e dal sapore maltato che ricorda la nocciola, bilanciato poi da luppolo nobile tedesco per renderla di facile beva.

Tap at drunken duck refettorio birraio. Dark gold to light amber, almost clear, fine white head. Flavor of biscuits, malt and cereal, honey. Taste sweet, juicy, with light grass, medium body, sugary dry finish, strong carbonation. In the range of franconian landbeers, lots of malt syrup here, a bit boring to me but up to personal preference.

On tap at Bir&Fud in Rome. Honey-like golden clear pour, frothy cap. Nose: honey, sweet maltiness, pinch of almonds. Mouth is sweet honey again, clean (a bit too much), not much rustic but nice enough imo.
