Bottled at le diplomate. Billed as a blonde so I wasn't as confounded as the other tasters. Some lemon etc. Clouded yellow. Ok.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth fruity malt with light acidulated character, not bad. In mouth, a refreshing light wit with faint fruity banana esters, light coriander, OK. Bottle at Le Quincampe. BB 19-11-2015.

Bottle from la Cave à Bulles, Paris
Cloudy pale blond color with medium sized, persistent head. It’s a light bodied beer, where the aroma and flavor show a strong character of cereals, bread and baking yeast; it’s dry with correct bitterness.
I had better low alcohol beers, but we can’t say this is too bad.

bottle from Cave a Bulles Paris. Cloudy, extremely pale yellow, large white head, very persistent. Wheaty and yeasty, slightly fruity, very light-bodied indeed. Not over-carbonated, just right. Refreshing light beer that, in my opinion, is closer to a German Leichtweizen than to a witbier.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a white head. Yeasty nose. Light body, yeasty and again heavily phenollic. Ends dry and tart with no bitterness. Not entirely horrible for once from this brewer, but still a drainpour. 090212

Bottled. An unclear light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and hay, leading to a dry wheaty finish.
