The classic Belgian style, but with an Italian soul.

Resulting from the mashing of high amounts of malt and a balanced dosage of hops, T. Malefica needs aggressive yeasts capable of transforming the wort into alcohol within a few weeks.

It needs at least two months of aging in bottle on its yeasts, where the fermentation of the last complex sugars continues, giving it its rich aromatic spectrum.

This is a beer with warm and sweet tones. Thanks to its complexity it is excellent in combination with important dishes, but also on its own for a nice drink in company.
