Continuously Hopped IPA

Extinction IPA is a journey through the facets of hops that Indian Pale Ales can offer, designed specifically for the most hardened Hopheads!

In this experimental beer you will find a constant base beer, made up of malts and yeasts, which will support the work, or rather the game, which we will have fun doing with the selection of hops. In fact, the hopping will vary with each batch, and will be duly indicated on the label.

We add about 20% hops at the beginning of boiling to bring the bitter component to the beer. A considerable amount of hops is added after boiling and during the entire fermentation phase to promote biotransformations. Finally, the last hops are added at the end of fermentation, to obtain the essential oils and aromas typical of IPA.

The result? A very aromatic, fruity and juicy beer. This profile makes it similar to a NeIPA, but the cleanliness and appearance place it among the American West Coast IPAs.
