Una birra di frumento nata appositamente per l’abbinamento con il pesce, in particolar modo con il pesce crudo e aromatizzata inoltre con scorze di limone biologico. Leggera citrica beverina, indicata in particolar modo per i mesi estivi. Ha la capacità “sgrassante” azzerare il palato e lo prepara per il prossimo uramaki!.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent, gold, with limited white foam, medium grain. Aroma is heavily influenced by ginger, smelling identical to the ginger ale soda. Body is average, with very limited carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, the ginger being much less evident than in aroma. Moderate bitterness as well. The finish does have some lingering ginger feeling.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, cloudy slightly intense yellow color, aroma of lemon, shrubs and some ginger in the back, flavor of lemon, ginger, and a hint of wassabi, herbal tea and fruit. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Stas & Max. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of lots of lemon, some ginger, yeast, wheat, soap. Sweetish and tart flavor with wheat, lemon, yeast, mild ginger. Light to medium-bodied. Quite easy-drinking. OK for what it is.
