very nice hazy orange color. aroma is very much full of yeast, with some ripe fruit, in the background. Flavour is very yeasty with some citrus backdrop. lots of banana, and honey and a bit of clove, and a nice feeling on the palate. Carbonation is very nice, really smooth.......very nice beer.

From tap at The Blind Tiger, New York. Aroma is estery yeast with banana, malt, spicy yeast, coriander, ripe fruits, floral suggestions. Medium sweet flavour, light bitter. Body is medium. Smooth and balanced Tripel, really nailed that Belgian yeast character.
