On tap at the Commons Portland. Pours out a dark brown topped with a small head. Nose is light smoke maybe some peat rich malts toffee and a little wood. Taste is more of the light smoke malts a nice bitterness and rich end.

[2/27/15] Draught at The Commons Brewery in Portland. Dark brown to black with a beige head. Aroma of dark bread, some roast and yeast. Flavor with toffee, dark bread, a bit of caramel, mild roast and some yeast, a bit vegetal. Medium-bodied.
