We love Ginger for its unique, exotic flavors. Our favorite Saison recipe is the backdrop here, with hints of spice and fruit from the belgian yeast. Enjoy!

Ginger is strong. Wouldn't kick it out of bed.

Draft at Harbor Bar. Orange color with a nice, frothy head and coating lace. Mixes the ginger with the yeast, sweetness, and other spices nicely. Pretty good. Avoids the ginger over power.

Pours hazy light gold into a snifter. Bright white head with good retention recedes laving spot lacing. Ginger aromas. Sharp with biscuit and sweet ginger turning to spiced ginger in the medium length finish.
