Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear mid orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is nice woody apple pips, semi sweet, toffee, earth. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy apple, light wood, mostly clean. Palate is semi sweet, moderate fine carbonation. Decent.

Bottle: Poured a coppery golden with a white head. Aroma is musty, apple, oaky, farmhouse, straw. Taste is carbonated, mushy apples, tannins, woodsy.

On tap at Beelzebubs, Cardiff. Pours clea golden with no head. Apples, some funk, quite sweet, some fruity tartness. Nice.

Bottle at home, 07/07/18. Clear golden copper with a decent white head ... pretty good retention too for a cider. Nose is sweet apple, light wood, caramel, sweet notes. Taste comprises apple skins, grains, light wood, apple pulp, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp close. Decent.

Bottle. Cloudy golden-orange color with white head. Aroma is vanilla, red apples, oak, light funk. Taste is red apples, wood, oak tannins, medium sweet, medium carbonation. Still sorta dry in the back, with quite some tannins. Top Cider!

Sampled @ Dutch Chili Fest, Eindhoven. Clear yellow - golden color, small white head. Light aroma of sweetness and apple juice. Taste is nice and round, apple, very soft carbonation. Quite like it. Nice fresh, crisp and smooth.

Bottle, at Cardinal. A clear dark golden cider, flat and headless. The aroma has mostly apples, but there’s also some cellar. Pear, apples, orchard notes and a touch of cellar in the flavor. Medium body, soft on the palate. Apple cores in the finish. Easy drinkable and quite decent, but far from impressive. 140726
