This works way better than I was expecting. Heavy coffee combines very well with the cinnamon. Both have bitterness, but in different way. Some sweetness, but nothing major. Bourbon adds a bit of flavour, and some smoothness. Nice!

Way smoother than the smell and ABV would indicate. Nice flavors of coffee and cinnamon.
