Ultra Cashmere is a showcase for the super aromatic and distinguished Cashmere hop. It pours a hazy, yellow-orange hue into a glass and billows with fruity notes of ripe melon, citrus, and stone fruits.

The mouthfeel is softened with a large portion of malted wheat and oats and the bitterness is restrained to accentuate the hoppy, juicy-fruit flavored finish.

We get notes of ripe peaches, juicy cantaloupe melon, freshly squeezed OJ, nectarines, tangerines, and candied apricots.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate foamy white head. Aroma is caramel and something like peach. Med plus body. Rather juicy. Dry enough. Flavor is peach, citrus, light caramel, and something suggesting almond. Some melon neither yellow or green or orange. But melon. Rather lush, but not very bitter. Tasty tho.

16oz can from Tavour. Outstanding Imperial IPA - the melon/peach notes made it soft and smooth. I could drink 90 of these.

16 oz can from the Source, 4/30/20. Canned 4/23/20. Pours a fully hazed yellowish-orange color, white head, moderate, spotty lacework. The aroma is peach, melon, and apricot juiciness, with some juice mango and orange as well. Juicy goodness all over the place without being overly sweet. Smooth, clean, excellent mouthfeel overall. Drinks way way too easy for an 8%er. This is really excellent. This series (at least the 4 of the 6 I have been able to get my hands on) has been one of my favorites any brewery has done overall. The base beer here seems to work great to showcase every single hop they have picked, and this may be the best one yet. Excellent.
