THROUGHLINE COTTON CANDY GRAPE (8.5%) - solera series of foeder aged mixed culture golden sours. This version was aged for 2 months on all the whole fruit Cotton Candy Grapes we could find.
If you haven’t had these grapes before, they taste remarkably like cotton candy - so we couldn’t wait to experiment with them.
Immediately after popping the cork, the nose off the bottle has a cotton candy sweetness. Poured into a glass, the beer opens up and tastes like a funky, tart Sauvignon Blanc.
Bottle conditioned with champagne yeast. Please keep cool, pour carefully and expect some sediment.

Bottle pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet notes cotton candy grape notes. Taste is funky notes plenty barrel notes some grape.
