Head gone in seconds, yellow-golden beer. Sweeter tha the Little Peach, but again clearl peach, but with a surprising smokey-near peaty and sherry aroma. Again sherry in the flavour, sweet peaches, Amontillado; finish has some lactic acid and fruitacids, more tart. Burning MF, medium bodied, bit oily. Nice sherry touches.

Bottled thanks to Joe. It pours lightly hazy orange with a snall dissipating white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, apricot, peachy, persimmon, light vanilla, oak, sweet fruit action, fruit cocktail, funk and tang. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, zingy, persimmon, peach, apricot, minerals, sherbert, sour candy, bit of funk, must and a touch of acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright and zingy. Moreish. Fun stuff.

Bottle shared at CB. Pours a hazy straw gold with a finger of spritzy white foam that lingers. Big peach forward nose with stone fruit, apricot and honeydew melon aromas as it warms up. Tart on the palate with peachy acidity and oak. Smooth with a spritzy, tart lingering note that lingers on the finish. Very nice.

Bomber. Huge peach fuzz nose, just really like sniffing a fresh, ripe peach. Some notes of the stone as well. Juicy peach flavor, dry and sour, awesome mild smooth balance with just impeccable peachiness. Wonderful.

(750ml bottle from Koelschip, b1 or b2? - Cognac barrels anyway, May 9/18 w/ inbreak) Pours moderately hazy dark orange with a small fading white head. Aroma is intense fresh peach, peach skin, soft to moderate cognac and white grapes, fruit stones, soft funk, some oak. Flavour is fresh tart peaches, white grapes, zippy lemony lactic acid, bare hint of acetic, peach skin, soft tannin, cognac hints, a touch of vanilla? Bit of hay but funk is light. Long high tart peachy finish. Medium body with some effervescent carbonation. Really nice fruited American sour! The peach is character is top notch but the cognac barrels make it pop. Acidity is pretty high but the fruit addition matches it and keeps it in check. Lovely.

750 ml bottle, shared by Werckmeister, many thanks!
Light orange, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, slightly yellow head.
Lovely aroma of of barnyard funk, lots of bright, crisp, moderate sweet peaches, sligh citrus, a bit musty.
Tastes quite similar, more acidic, with some vinegar.
Medium, a bit effervescing mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, medium acidic, a bit sweet, citric, a bit funky, with lingering peaches.
Tasty! The nose is my highlight, with a beautiful mix of funk and very fresh peach notes. Taste is more on the acidic side, maybe slightly too much. Not my favourite De Garde, while another very lovely one.
