Toranomon summer tasting, thank you Justin. Hazy yellow and some foam. Nose is pretty tart, acidic and lightly fruity. Super pleasant actually, white currants in the nose. Taste is acidic, even too much. Pithy, peach seeds, boney and surrounded by acidicy. Fruity and some softness there, peaches are still coming out somewhat. Tasty.

Turbid medium golden white color. Very nice sour nose with tons of peaches, barrels, white yorgurt in the nose. Very tart, tons of peaches, nice fresh oak character, well integrated. Puckering. Didn’t super enjoy the oak character that lingered. I liked this a lot but I didn’t love love this. It was good, but my expectations were a bit higher.

Sample during "Hillary’s Portland to Columbus Beer & Birthday Bash!" on 01/20/2018. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tart peach, funky yeast, oak and malt. Medium body with flavors of peach, citrus, vinous oak, mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a peachy aftertaste. Very good beer overall.

Thanks Matthew for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing unfiltered light white peach with white lacing. The nose shows very tart, bretty, lambic style peach. The palate is highly carbonated and medium bodied. Strong tart with flavors of light but noticeable peach and acetic tones in between.

Bottle. Hazy deep orange color with nice white head. Aroma is intense fruity apricots, lacto, barrel. Taste is apricots, some cognac, lacto, quite an intense sour finish. Lots of flavour, very sour, but it fits! High but fine-bubbled carbonation. I honestly think this is better than Fou Foune, and distinctively so. An incredible brew!

Bottle share. Pours a hazy golden orange with a sparse white head. Fruity aroma of apricot, peaches… a little bit of citrus. Sweet from what I imagine is from the cognac barrel. Taste is fruity, more peach and citrus. Vanilla oak. Lots going on here, from the sweetness to a nice tart bit of funk. Really nice beer.
