BIRKIN BEERS are one-off, small batch bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts (released unannounced)
In this version, a single Elijah Craig 18 year barrel produced a stout that tasted wonderful straight from the barrel. We sought to balance that character with restrained use of accompanying ingredients. We were so pleased with the results and are now proud to share it with you.
BIRKIN BEER 2 (bottled 12/12/20)
triple mashed, 24 hour boil, brewed with brown sugar, dark maple syrup & milk sugar, aged in a single Elijah Craig 18 year bourbon barrel for 16 months, before adding Grade A Madagascar vanilla bean, Ecuadorian cocoa nibs & Ghanian cocoa nibs
please keep cool, drink fresh and expect some sediment. best served at 50-55°F
NOTE: this beer has already been aged, cellaring is not necessary, please enjoy at your earliest convenience
