Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Equilibrium Brewery. Inspired by our shared cocktail love for the mojito, and it's variants, we crafted Cojito, a Double IPA conditioned with lime, fresh mint leaves, and toasted coconut.

Appearance is in the picture.
Aroma: mint leaves, coconut, orangey, papayas and other assorted tropical fruity hops
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas minty sweet to tropical sweet; finishes minty and coconut sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, low carb, very smooth, very low bitterness
Overall: a very nicely done DIPA collaboratsd by two respected brewers well worthy of returning to.
