BIRKIN BEERS are one-off, small batch bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts (released unannounced)
This version was aged in a single Basil Hayden’s bourbon barrel for 15 months. We experimented with corn flake, toasted hazelnut, and some of our favorite blends of cacao and vanilla. We’re very excited to share this project with you all.

triple mashed, 24 hour boil, aged in a single Basil Hayden’s bourbon barrel for 15 months, before adding toasted hazelnut, corn flake, Madagascar & Tahitian vanilla bean, Dominican Republic & Ghanian cacao nibs
please keep cool and expect some sediment. best served at 50-55°F
NOTE: this beer has already been aged, cellaring is not necessary, please enjoy at your earliest convenience
