Troebel geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en ietwat bitter en licht zuur met iets van citrus en wat gras. Voor een goede Weizen is dat wat mij betreft niet ok, die hoort vrij zoet en fruitig te zijn maar banaan tonen in de smaak. Deze Wilma valt mij echt tegen.

Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, light herbal, algaeastic-fantastic, sweet. Unpleasant. Wilma needs a washandje.

Bottle shared, massive thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy golden with white head. Dead yeast, CO2, lemon, bouillon, citrus candy, wheat. Lihht sweet, bitter and tart. Medium bodied, slight dry, way too much carbonation. Stupid name, bad beer as well, no redeeming value at all.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with huge, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Wheaty malty and yeasty spicy and minimally fruity aroma, hints of mustard seed and sage, a touch of dried banana and guava. Taste is tart-ish, bitter hoppy, yeasty spicy, minimally fruity, hints of guava, dried banana, a touch of sage, mustard seed, white pepper. Watery texture, slightly dry and minimally astringent palate, medium to coarse, prickly to lively carbonation. Rather unusual fruity and spicy flavours for a Weissbier, slightly overcarbonated - so-so.
