Can (from KSM Pekuri, Oulu). Slightly hazy golden colour small white foamy head. Aroma is green apples, wheat, some cardamom, mild bananas and some cardboardy tones. Flavour is floral, some wheat, mild green apple skins with some slight spiciness too.

A murky and golden beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has wheat, dough, sharpess of citrus. Taste has dough, wheat, citrus. Medium bodied. Overally, pretty weak hefe. This should be more pure, aromatic and smooth.

Banana, light clove. Low to light bitterness. Some hop in the aftertaste. Mouth feel: Light to medium body. Average to lively carbonation. Overall: A basic macro Weizen.
