Dorada limpia y brillante de espuma de tamaño y retención medios. Aroma cereal con alguna nota ácida. Buen paso en boca, suave al paladar. Bien de gas. Ligeramente oleosa. Agradable sabor malteado con ligero toque dulce floral. Muy bebible.

50 cl bottle as Held Brau Hell( I guess like most of the people here ).Golden colour with medium head that quickly disappears.Barnyard and hay aroma. Strong hay flavour. Very mild, Medium body and carbo.

Klare goldgelbe Farbe, mittelporige mäßig stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase überraschend hopfig, sehr grasig und leicht würzig-kräutrig, hellmalzig. Im Geschmack grasiger Hopfen, helles Malz und eine schöne Würzigkeit, relativ trocken, präsente aber milde Hopfenbittere.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Grainy malt with grassy herbal hop, touch of herbal hop. Straw, grains. Moderate bitter, lightly sweetish. Medium body. Fine grainy Helles.

Another Bavarian Helles, from Oberailsfeld in the Fränkische Schweiz region this time. Snow white, creamy, fairly thick, stable, shred-lacing head, clear yellow golden robe with disparate strings of sparkling. Aroma of dusty cereals, soggy white bread, withering grass, damp straw, pumice, cold potato mash, wet sea sand. Sweetish grainy onset, vague touch of banana, minerally carbonated; slick pale malt sweetish middle, white-bready and a tad honeyish here and there, with very mild yet adequate floral and somewhat grassy hops in the end, adding just enough bitterness to bring balance. Tasty and solid Helles.
