gefunden in einem U-Bahn-Spezialbiergeschäft in Frankfurt. Die alte Euro-Flasche hat ein primitives Etikett mit einem komischen Ritter, das so mies ist, dass es schon wieder interessant ist. Geschmacklich ist es ein feines, klassisches bayrisches Helles, das mit enormer Süffigkeit, aber auch wenig Tiefgang glänzt. Kann man gut zum Essen trinken, aber wird sehr schnell fad.

Bottle picked up from Hier Gibts Bier, Webshop, Eckersdorf, Franconia, Bayern consumed at home Tuesday 15th March 2022, listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and about to cook something, don’t know what, actually just decided, it will be Italian Meatballs and Pasta. Pours clear gold, with a white head, super soft mouthfeel, a hint of vanilla from somewhere, I am surprised that there is a little lingering light bitterness. Nice Helles

Draft at the source after hiking down from Burg Rabenstein. Aroma of fresh grains and flowers. Modest bitter to bittersweet, crisp, clean finish. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Refreshing.
