Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, cereal, light malt and light hops. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle at home. It pours clear yellowy - gold with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, custard tart, doughy white bread, flakey pastry, slight floral vibes and bread & butter pudding. The taste is bitter - sweet, soft, doughy white bread, custard tarts, oily / buttery in the mouth, grass, herbal and some spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet, but enjoyable enough.

Das Helle vom Held, vom Faß in der urgemütlichen Brauereigaststätte in Oberailsfeld. - Goldgelb, schwach trüb. - In der Nase sehr milde Zitrone, Anklänge an Honig, ein wenig Hefe, frisch aber harmlos. - Im Antrunk weiches, zartes helles Malz, angenehm wenig süß, feine Honignote. Milde, wenig herbe zitronige Hopfung. Milder rezent. Im Abgang kaum bitter. - Frisches, angenehmes Helles, mild aber nicht fad. Sehr sympathisch. (29.2.2020.)

Clean grainy helles, standard for the style, perhaps a little more bitter than most. Middle of the road for the style. Online gibt hier bier (3.3 feb 2020) Again at the wildeman ams. Top notch german helles

Pours a clear golden colour and a firm white head with reasonably good retention and some lacing. Aroma's are grassy, malty/grainish, a bit sweetish and fruity. Retronasal there's more (bready) malty sweetness to it with light fruit and a hint of hops. Flavour islight sweet and somewhat fruity. Nice body, not thin at all. Flavour develops towards light bitterness in the finish. Excellent for the style.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden, foamy head. Hay, straw, biscuit malt, light citrus and metal notes. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish with a malty backbone. Good.
