Bottled (From Ruosniemi shop). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some nectar, grains and herbs. Flavour is grainy, herbal, grassy and some mild hay to it. A wee bit strange tart/acidic tones too. Infection?

[ As Ruosniemi Jouluapulainen - Ginger Lemon Pale Ale (2020) ].
ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, spicy, herbs, lemon, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, spicy, herbs, ginger, lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210829]

Pale amber-orange colour, small white head. Sweetish malty, ginger aroma. Light-bodied, a bit watery. Ginger in front, then sweetish maltyness, lime in the flavour. Not so much Christmas here, more like a Summer brew.
