Eine naturtrübe Bierspezialität, wie man sie aus aus unserem Franken kennt. Die feine Hefetrübung erinnert an gute alte Zeiten, in denen traditionsgemäß nicht filtriert wurde. Dadurch verbleiben natürliche Hefe- und Hopfenbestandteile im Sud, die dem Bier einen ganz eigenen Charakter verleihen. Durch eine etwas höhere Stammwürze wird die Hopfenbittere von einer angenehmen Restsüße unterstrichen.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Hersbrucker Kellerbier ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Hazy matt medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, grain, fruity, sweet malt, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140920]

Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig, hopfig, grasig. Geschmack angenehm herb, grasig.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy dark golden colour with average, stable, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy aroma with yeasty overtones, a touch of lactic acid. Taste is dry grainy, minimally tart, in the finish more intensely grainy, bready.

Herb-würziger, simpler und süffiger Beginn. Im Mittelteil wässriger werdend, gering hopfig. Etwas holzig, dumpf getreidig-süß zum Ende. Ein trinkbares Bier, das niemandem weh tut. 10/7/9/7/8/7

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, not too cloudy. Starts modest sourish, a bit moldy, modest spicy. Finish still mild, earthy-moldy. Not my favourite.

bottle rom wastl - danke! Hazy golden colour, large white head. Malty with a grainy character and some shy hops, slightly yeasty and nutty.

Bügelverschlußflasche. Deep golden, hazy, smaller off-white layer. Sweetish-grainy nose with a touch of toasted malt and some hoppy edges. Light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF. Grainy-fruity - a touch of yeast - finish with a shy bitterness in the aftertaste. O.K., not earth-shaking..........

(swing top bottle) Hazy, orange golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Sweet grainy malty and yeasty aroma, also slightly bready with notes of draff and light but spicy herbal hops in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, well-bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Aromatic and balanced grainy and bready (cara-)malt-character with notes of honey with light herbal spice; moderately dry finish with a good dash of herbal hops. Balanced Zwickelbier (25.X.08).
