Eine naturtrübe Bierspezialität, wie man sie aus aus unserem Franken kennt. Die feine Hefetrübung erinnert an gute alte Zeiten, in denen traditionsgemäß nicht filtriert wurde. Dadurch verbleiben natürliche Hefe- und Hopfenbestandteile im Sud, die dem Bier einen ganz eigenen Charakter verleihen. Durch eine etwas höhere Stammwürze wird die Hopfenbittere von einer angenehmen Restsüße unterstrichen.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a lazing thick off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with lighter notes of straw and spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and light notes of honey, leading to a slightly bitter end, after a lightly sticky mouthfeel.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, pale amber with a tall, dense and handsome, white head leaving laces. Aroma of lightly roasted malt. Medium-bodied, malty accents with a touch of caramel and a short, dry finish. Archetypical Franconian. 150107
