Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Bischofshof Altvater Weissbierbock ].Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, sweet yeast, weizen yeast, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, banana, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, light fruity hops, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. 50cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of sweet ripe banana, sugar, mango, yeast. Taste of sweet banana, yellow fruits, papaya, wheat, nice!

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy bright orange, big head. Banana, clove, yeast, bread, estery notes, hints of pineapple. Sweet, slightly sour. Creamy texture, medium bodied, soft to lively carbonated. Nice.

Cloudy blond color. Some banana aroma. Sweet flavor, a lot of banana, barely any balance from the spice, refreshing, but also with a weak final.

Bottled at TEJA tasting. Hazy Hazy straw colour, small head. Rich phenolic nose with some banana. Mid sweet with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Apricots, dough and banana. Fairly low bitterness. Mild and rich.

Cloudy. No head. Has some apple and banana on the nose, touch of alcohol, but also some sticky malts. On the palate, this isn't great, it's more on the sweeter, banana side, that lacks some balance.
