Clean crisp taste with a slightly higher bitterness. We used sasquatch hops which are the first Canadian patented hops which impart a slight herbal, citrus aroma. It is also naturally carbonated which gives it a smoother taste and longer lasting head retention. A true back yard sipper!

Clearish gold body and minimal foam. Very vague sweet lager hop aroma. Taste is soft hops semi-sweet, ending dry. Modest lager, quite average.
