Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at The Bakery, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose is somewhat apple-y, with light lacto and crisp apple skins. Flavour is yogurty, with light apple skins and earthiness. Fine but simple and not exactly on target.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Light clear pale straw body and modest foam. Wood aroma, slight pine notes, sharp rye grain to round it out. Taste is very nice rye, sharp wood, ending smooth and nice lingering sweetness. A little thin but that doesn't detract much, this is quite enjoyable.
