Ljust gyllengul vätska med ett tunt skumlock. Brödig arom med en aningens nyslaget gräs. Lätt maltig sötma med en matchande neutral beska.

ABV: 5.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, rich, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, rich, malty, sweet malt, sugary malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200727]

Hummel-Bräu Festbier hell, 5,4 %, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Dunkles Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase tiefes, satt getreidiges helles Malz und dezente Hintergrundherbe. - Antrunk kernig und tief hellmalzig aber wenig süß, trotz feiner Anklänge an Honig. Hintergründige herbale Herbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig, mineralisch. Im Abgang sehr solide orangenbittere Hopfenherbe. Beim Wärmerwerden allerdings schwach seifig. - Kernig malziges Festbier mit solider fränkischer Hopfung. Ganz mein Geschmack. (26.3.2020.)

Clear golden, white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit dusty, softly bitter. Decent to medium body and smooth carbonation. Quite nice. 7-5-7-3-15.

Bottle, bought at De Schans Uithoorn. Golden color, clean but not filtered. Bready aroma with a touch of flowery hops. Good mix of malt, flowery hops and nuttiness in the flavor. Hint of butter. Well balanced with a firm bitter aftertaste, although the palate is not totally clean.
