Partyfass Odense tasting. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty, herbal and grassy aroma with a touch of sulphur. Sweetish malty flavour with herbal hops

Tap at the brewery. Cleary honey gold. Rich, malty nose, honey. Rich and bready flavor, medium sweet, lightly fruity. Decent but rathe rone-dimensional and not as nice as the regular marzen.

Bottled, from a getränkemarkt in Bamberg. Almost clear golden, rich firm head. Fruity nose with deep, bready buttery nose. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Deep, mellow bready buttery malt, mild notes of grassy floral hops. Fairly low bitterness. Astonishingly soft and seemless. A beautiful festbier!

500ml Bottle - Golden in colour. Grass and citrus in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with grass, lemon peel and some faint biscuity notes.

Tap. Golden color with white head. Aroma is dusty, grassy, grainy. Taste is grassy, sweet malts. Soft oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Not bad, but also unspectacular.

Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Golden, sparkly, white lace. Chewy fruity malt, on the sweet side, herbal hops, läuft!

Euro2-Flasche: Golden, a bit unclear, stable - but smaller - firm white head; not too sweet herbal-honeyish nose, completed by traces of pale malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering sweet-malty finish with a mild herbal-hoppy "tail". An inoffensive, well balanced brew. A kind of "Session-Festbier"…

On tap at the brewery, 25/7/2013. Golden with a decent white head. Sweetish, cereal malts, a hint of fruit, some sharp grassy hops and decent, bitter finish. Ok.
