Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours clear copper with a decent head. Aroma is light hay and straw, decent and inoffensive. Body is rather light, softly sweet, with a lively carbonation and a smooth texture. Very pleasant overall, with low profiles but very round. Balanced. Good!

Bottle at Café Abseits. I will copy the phrase "served in a Stein, but let’s assume it was hazy golden" - in any case, the head was comparably small. Also, you shouldn't use the word "Stein", rather "Steinkrug" or "ceramic mug". Aroma is juicy malts, bready, a bit herbal. Taste is juicy fruits, bready, super smooth, with lots of Lachgummi. Soft oily mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable. Great Franconian standard. 7-3-7-4-16Holzfass at Sandkerwa 2018. Damn, this is just the logical continuation of the bottle. So juicy, so much Lachgummi, so drinkable. Wowza!

500ml Bottle - A rich golden/light amber in colour with a white head. Bready aroma with hints of citrus and nuts. Malty, bready and slightly sweet taste with biscuity notes and hints of sultanas.

Cask @ Ma Che Siete, Roma. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grain, bread, butter, malt, hops and has a nice smooth bready finish.

In perfect condition at Dno Pytle, Prague. Served in a stein, but let’s assume it was hazy golden. Nice, creamy and lasting white head. Malty aroma with bread crust character, a touch of herbal hops and a faint mineral note. Sweet malty and herbal hoppy flavour

0,5 l bottle. Clear red golden but some small sediments in the glass. One finger head. Sweet malty and caramell on the nose. Taste starts smooth malty with honey. No real bitterness. Some fruity elemens in the second part. Taste thins out to the end. Okay.

At the Franken Fest in Rome - Italy. Gravity keg, just plugged. Pours golden hazy with a medium tick white head. Buttery surface. Nose: WOW!!! Chicken stable, hay. It changes in a more floral one. Mouth: grainy overall mouth, yeasty, malty, dry end. Great! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
