Draught at Hummel. Unfiltered, cloudy orange color and thick lacing head. Well carbonated. Lots of yeast in the aroma with some floral qualities, and lightly sweet malt flavor. Very good.

Bottle @ Home. Pours orange golden with a fading white head. Aroma of malt, bread, grassy, light spice. Flavor is malt, bread, light caramel, grass, hay. Medium body, lively carbonation. 091012

I am 7/8ths Danish after all! We’re splitting 0.5 liter bottles three ways, so we get a nice 4-6 oz pour out of each... Should be a fun night! Fairly clear, golden orange appearance with a white head. Somewhat herbal/grassy hoppy, a bit spicy, mild yeasty, cracker aroma. Somewhat spicy, toasty cracker, a bit tangy, herbal flavor. One of my lesser favorites from our Kellerbier tasting.

50cl bottle. Poured slightly hazy, golden with a thick head, nice lacing. Aroma is buttery, fruity malty. Flavor has butter, fruit, earth, yeast and sweet malt. The sweetness disturbs a little as it comes on stronger in the finish. Fresh and very drinkable kellerbier anyway. Light body.

Disig gyllengul vätska. Stor smakbild från mineraler, nybaktbröd, örter och smörblomma, lite gräs, aningens jäst, måttlig beska, friskt och lätt. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Amber beer with little head. The aroma is lightly dry and the flavour is plainly dry with quite a bitter finish. Overall a fairly average dry, malty and yeasty beer.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Golden/amber pour with a white head. Pineapple, toffee, caramel, citrus and pine aromas. Flavours of caramel. citrus, some sweet spice, slightly bitter with a little ginger too. Hoppy, bitter finish. Not that great.
